System Integration
Traceable, fault-tolerant data flows between ERP, CRM, e-commerce and custom systems.
What problems do we solve?
Orders live in e-commerce, stock in the ERP, customers in the CRM — and the bridge between them is an employee copying spreadsheets every morning. Double data entry, stock counts that disagree, "which number is right?" meetings. We connect systems that don't talk to each other with reliable, traceable flows.
The hard part of integration isn't the happy path; it's the day the API goes down, the same record arrives twice, or someone changes a product code in the ERP. That's the day we design for first.
What we do
ERP / accounting integrations
SAP, Logo, Netsis, Mikro: orders, balances, stock and invoice flows, two-way.
CRM and e-commerce connections
Salesforce, Shopify, marketplaces; customer and order data tied to one source of truth.
Payments, shipping, e-invoicing
Virtual POS, carrier tracking endpoints, e-invoice/e-archive providers.
API layers for legacy systems
Safely exposing software without a real API (via database level or file exchange) to modern systems.
Scheduled and real-time sync
As needed: instant via webhooks, guaranteed via queues (RabbitMQ), nightly batches — most setups use all three.
How we work
Discovery
1 weekSystem and data inventory; which system owns which data, flowing in which direction. Deliverables: flow diagram and a list of failure scenarios.
Design
Mapping tables, transformation rules, retry and conflict-resolution strategy.
Development
2-8 weeksEnd-to-end tests with real data on staging; nothing goes live before the accounting reconciliation checks out.
Launch and monitoring
Gradual cutover, a record of every transfer, automatic alerts on failure. An integration that silently loses data is the most expensive kind.
A single system pair (e.g. e-commerce ↔ ERP) is typically live in 3-6 weeks; multi-system setups take 2-4 months.
Frequently asked questions
Our ERP has no API — can it still be connected?
Usually, yes. For older ERP versions, custom-built systems, and even software that only exchanges files, we build an intermediate layer: database views, file watchers or vendor tooling. Discovery establishes what's technically possible — and if it isn't, we say so.
How do you guarantee data consistency?
Every transfer is logged and replayable; if the same record arrives twice, the duplicate is detected and dropped (idempotency). For critical flows we set up reconciliation: both systems' totals are compared daily, and a mismatch raises an alert. So you never hear "the discrepancy surfaced at month-end."
If we replace one of the systems, is the integration wasted?
No — flows connect to an intermediate layer, not directly to each system. Replace the ERP and only that system's connector is rewritten; the flow logic and other endpoints stay put. That's a deliberate architectural choice.
Who maintains it?
Integrations aren't set-and-forget: the other side changes its API, certificates expire, volume grows. We can take it on with a monthly monitoring agreement, or hand over the monitoring panel and documentation to your team. Either way, you own the system.
